From day one, Ándale FusionMex was conceived as a space where traditional Mexican flavors would blend with a modern, fresh, and surprising touch. That first kitchen, humble yet brimming with enthusiasm, soon became the heart of a concept that captivated everyone who visited.

The success was as natural as it was genuine, and in no time the small restaurant became too small. So, Ándale moved to a new space in the heart of Cartagena, bringing with it the essence that made it special: authenticity, care, and a passion for detail.

The journey continued with new openings in San Javier and La Manga, where the concept grew and consolidated itself as a benchmark for those looking for more than just good food: a place to share, celebrate and feel part of something close, authentic and full of flavor.

In 2024, fate led Ándale's story to find a new home in Tarifa, a land that represents freedom, joy, and connection. With that same spirit, the team decided to bring their most cherished project there, one they feel is an integral part of their lives.

Ándale FusionMex is more than just a restaurant. It's the culmination of years of hard work, a passion for gastronomy, and a unique understanding of hospitality. Every corner, every dish, and every smile reflects the dedication that has gone into building this dream from the very beginning.

And true to that essence of constant evolution, in Tarifa we wanted to pay homage to our roots and the spirit of the place that welcomes us today. In the former space of Asador El Caserón, we have incorporated grilled meats to keep its tradition alive, and added rice dishes with our personal touch, fusing the flavor of the fire with the freshness and creativity that has always characterized Ándale.
