When we arrived at the old Manor House, we understood that this place held a special history.

 

For years, fire and embers had been the heart of their kitchen, forming part of the memories of generations of Tarifa residents and visitors. And we felt that this story deserved to continue.

That's why we decided to recapture that essence and make it the heart of our project.

Today, at Ándale Brasas, fire takes its rightful place once again. We are committed to honest Mediterranean cuisine, based on respect for the ingredients, traditional flavors, and the pleasure of sharing a meal together.
